The Wolf of Justice™ respects your privacy and your right to control how your personal data is used. This page explains how you may manage your privacy preferences and exercise opt-out rights in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant U.S. state privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

1. Marketing Communications

You may opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications from us at any time.

You can do so by:

• Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in any marketing email we send, or 
• Emailing us at intake@wolfofjustice.com with the subject line “Opt-Out of Marketing.” 

Once processed, you will no longer receive marketing communications. Please note that we may still send non-promotional communications, such as service-related messages, transactional notices, or legally required communications.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies (TrustArc)

The Wolf of Justice™ uses cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, analytics, and embedded content.

We use TrustArc as our Cookie Consent Management Platform (CMP) to obtain, manage, and document user consent in accordance with GDPR, UK GDPR, and applicable U.S. privacy laws.

Managing Cookie Preferences

You may:

• Accept or reject non-essential cookies through the TrustArc consent banner when you first visit our website 
• Modify or withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clicking the “Cookie Preferences” or “Manage Cookies” link in the website footer

Non-essential cookies (such as analytics or marketing cookies) are not set unless you provide consent where required by law.

3. Data Sharing & Targeted Advertising (U.S. Residents)

The Wolf of Justice™ does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA and does not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may share limited information with service providers acting on our behalf (such as website hosting, analytics, security, or consent management providers) under written agreements that restrict their use of data.

If you are a U.S. resident, you may have the right to:

• Opt out of certain data sharing activities 
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information 
• Limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information (if applicable)

4. GDPR Rights (EU / EEA / UK Residents)

If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

• Object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing 
• Request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data 
• Request restriction of processing 
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

5. Processing of Privacy Requests

We respond to privacy and opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law:

• GDPR: within one (1) month, extendable by up to two (2) additional months for complex requests 
• U.S. state laws: within statutory timeframes 

We do not discriminate against individuals for exercising privacy rights.

6. Appeals (Certain U.S. States)

If we deny a privacy request, residents of certain U.S. states (including Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut) may appeal our decision.

Appeals may be submitted by emailing intake@wolfofjustice.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Consent Records & Compliance

We maintain records of consent, opt-out requests, and preference changes as required by law. Consent records are managed through TrustArc and retained only as long as necessary to meet legal and compliance obligations.
